Sao Paulo's most elegant boutiques are
located in Jardins in a region defined by the following
streets, Estados Unidos, Lorena, Melo Alves, and Padre
Joao Manuel.
This is also an area known for its outstanding
restaurants.
The list of international stores here includes Cartier,
Dior, Vuitton, Armani, Versace, Kenzo, Hugo Boss, Ralph
Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Timberland, Guess, Keds, Benetton,
Bang & Olufsen, Baccarat, Christofle, Lalicque, and Vista
Alegre among others.
The finest Brazilian brands are also found here including
Forum, Ellus, Zoomp, Fause Haten, Alexandre Herchcovitch,
Reinaldo Lourenco, Gloria Coelho, Huis Clos, Maria Bonita,
Lita Motari, Beneduci, Richards, and jewelers Tadini,
Antonio Bernardo, and H Stern. Besides clothing boutiques
there are also antique stores, furniture stores, bed and
bath stores, as well as art galleries.
A phenomenon called Daslu located in Vila Nova Conceicao
is a fashion empire led by Eliana Tranchesi having
exclusive rights to sell such international brands as
Prada, Chanel, Donna Karen, Gucci, Ferragamo, Jill
Sanders, and Ermenegildo Zegna.
Daslu Homem at the same location offers shopping for men
but not with anywhere near the same variety offered to
women. If you prefer the malls you can check out the
oldest and most traditional mall of the city Iguatemi.
Other major malls to check out are Morumbi, Ibirapuera,
Higienopolis, and Shopping Light in a renovated historical
